What’s your ultimate career goal or goals?
One of my biggest career goals is to create a business value that would outlive me. I have always been inspired by industrialist and transporters like Ekene dili Chukwu, Eleganza and co. These 100% nigerian businesses are running on a third or fourth generation now.
Tell us about your support system?
My basic support system over the years is having zero tolerance to non productivity and having that diminutive ability to take strategic and objective decisions that guarantees effectiveness and business continuity. The support systems is also fueled by the ability to collaborate and create synergy with complimentary businesses.
What makes you happy and keeps you going?
I am happy when I feel positive vibes. Personally and professionally I feel happy being able to transmit ideas with people in same wavelength
What’s your superpower – that thing you do better than anyone else?
I am blessed with forward thinking and money making ideas. Without a doubt, I can banter an idea with people for 24hrs without losing steam and continuously drive value along the lines

Most of my business initiatives are borne by inspiration and the drive to be of excellence in all my deliverables. We are actually what we repeatedly do over time.

What prepared you yesterday for today’s challenges?
Being an entrepreneur is one of the best decisions that I have ever made though it comes with a lot risk, sacrifice and everyday revaluation of your believe system. Having studied the success profiles of lots of my mentors and interacted with so many people that are the forerunners of today’s businesses, I’d learnt to appreciate the milestones in entrepreneurship and also valued the essence of time and timing.
