Senate Unanimously Approves N2.1 Trillion Supplementary Budget for 2023 Fiscal Year

In a significant development, the Senate has given its unanimous approval to President Bola Tinubu’s proposed supplementary budget of N2.1 trillion for the 2023 fiscal year. Senate President Godswill Akpabio, presiding over the session, officially announced the approval by striking the gavel after Senators participated in a voice vote.
